At Prestige Pelle, we are committed to delivering our handcrafted products with care and efficiency. We currently ship exclusively within the United States, offering two convenient shipping options to suit your needs.

Note: Shipping timelines begin after your order has been confirmed and dispatched. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.
Courier Services
To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we work with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Prestige Pelle reserves the right to select the most efficient courier based on your address and selected method.
We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses.
Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent so you can monitor your delivery status.
Delivery Issues & Responsibilities
We take every precaution to ensure smooth and timely delivery. Please review the following policies for delivery-related concerns:

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, contact both our support team and the courier within 5 business days of the stated delivery date. Once the issue is verified, we’ll issue a store credit or a replacement. Lost packages are not eligible for a refund.

Missed Deliveries: If the courier attempts delivery and you’re unavailable, you are responsible for coordinating directly with them. Multiple failed attempts may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed. We are not liable for such incidents.

Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your order. Once an order is dispatched, address changes cannot be made. If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we are unable to issue a refund or reshipment.
Combined Shipments
If multiple orders are placed for the same shipping address, we may combine them into a single shipment to streamline processing. This may result in a slight delay to the first shipment unless otherwise requested.
